The singing was accompanied by panting, the clank of collar tags, and the occasional bark. “Sunday’s best” included a few colorful bows on ears or some jewels on the collar, or a fresh buzz cut for the handsome poodle in the second row.

Agency supports Lets with Pets scheme

LETTING agency Martin & Co, which covers Camberley, Windlesham, Lightwater, Sandhurst, Yateley, Bagshot, Bracknell and Wokingham has pledged its support to Lets with Pets, a scheme run by charity Dogs Trust.

“According to a recent national survey by Apartments.com, more renters than ever before are saying that if a rental doesn’t allow a pet, they don’t want it. The group found that 43 percent of those surveyed said they are current pet owners, and more than a quarter noted that they plan to get a pet within the next year. Even among those who weren’t pet owners, 34 percent still said they wanted to have the option of having a pet.
